Consular Service and Visa
Regarding the citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan who have accepted the citizenship of a foreign state
Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan who have accepted the citizenship of Australia, New Zealand and Fiji must inform the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Australian Union about this within one month.
For this, the following documents are required to be sent to the Embassy:
- A letter written by a citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan who has accepted the citizenship of a foreign state in the name of the embassy;
- An application-questionnaire filled out by a citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan who has accepted the citizenship of a foreign state to provide information about it;
- A copy of the general citizen's passport of the Republic of Azerbaijan (main page);
- Copy of citizenship certificate issued by Australia, New Zealand and Fiji (must be notarized;
- A copy of the document showing the address of residence in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji (For example: driver's license);
- Two 4x3 photos.
