Requirements for Police Clearance

For foreigners:

1. For foreigners: a letter addressed to the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan with a request to obtain a police clearance stating the dates of residence and the purpose of the visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan; for the citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan:forma
2. A copy of a passport;
3. A prepaid return envelope;
4. 10 USD consular fee.
